Really central location for Totnes and it's lovely high street.
Good layout - compact but with everything needed for a short stay.
Nice balcony at the back over the garden - lots of birds to watch and listen to - and window seat for people watching at the front.
Bed comfy, and good blinds so it was nice and dark for sleeping.
Great bathroom with a good shower.
Kitchen area and table all good for a couple of nights' stay.
Ben was really helpful with our luggage as we had a while to wait before getting a train, and also when I realised I'd left a dress in the wardrobe!
A comfier sofa would have been a bonus - futons aren't so cushioned for relaxing.

Location was excellent, nice and quiet and the views and outlook were great.
Kettle needed replacing, we couldn’t get the sink plug to work and the job took a long time to heat up.

The flat is part of the house where the owners live, but you have absolute privacy. It is nice, very comfortable with a lovely bay window facing the street and a balcony overlooking the backyard. The location is great - 5 min walk from the high street. There is a private parking space in the yard. Our host was very helpful and kind.
All in all, we really enjoyed the stay and wouldn't hesitate to book again.
The kitchen is small if you want to cook your meals and the pans are scratched (they don't look appealing).
The water pressure in the shower was low.
