About this house rental
Welcome to our Shell Beach house--our family's home since 2008. It is located in a charming neighborhood walking distance to the beach, Dinosaur Caves Park, restaurants, coffee shops, and pretty much anything you need.
We love walking the entire neighborhood in Shell Beach. Pismo Beach and Avila Beach are a short drive away. Or venture a little farther (10 minutes by car) and south is the quaint town of Arroyo Grande, north is the infamous San Luis Obispo--the "happiest town in America."
Our home has a great open kitchen and dining area that connects to the living room with a giant window letting in lots of bright light. The front yard deck has built in benches for lounging outside and table/chairs for outdoor dining. The bedrooms are spacious with plenty of closet space.

Robyn's home was everything we were hoping for, for a longer stay on the Central Coast! It was a great launching point for coastal hiking, plus there is a lovely park, Dinosaur Caves, just a block away. We really enjoyed walking down to the rocky coast and watching the pelicans and other birds at sunset or in the morning.The house itself was super comfortable, much more spacious than it looks in the pictures! Very clean and kitchen was well stocked. The decorating was delightful, local art and not overdone. The couch and easy chair in the living room were super comfortable after a long day out.The neighborhood felt safe quiet with established homes, and we enjoyed walking a block up to Shell Beach road with several restaurants, especially Zorro's!

This property is perfect! We have rented other houses in Shell Beach and this one is the best that we have found so far. Very responsive owners, comfortable house, great location. Highly recommend!
