About this house rental
Seacliff House is a single level newly redecorated and landscaped Shell Beach home with spectacular unobstructed ocean view across San Luis Bay to Point Sal and beyond. This 1300 sf floor plan has two spacious bedrooms both with king beds. The master has a connecting bath with a large glass-tiled walk in shower with frameless glass surround, custom cabinetry, and granite counter with two vessel sinks. The second bedroom has ocean view and the second bath has a soaking tub with tiled shower over it, custom cabinetry and granite counter and details.
Living space is open plan to maximize the ocean view. Sofa and easy chairs face the view or the flat screen TV with basic cable, DVD player, Apple TV, Bluetooth speakers, and high speed Internet. There is an extensive library of both books and movies and a push button gas fire for those cold winter evenings.
The dining area can seat six. The kitchen is equipped with gas cooktop and built in gas oven with broiler, dishwasher, lots of cabinets and counter space. There is a laundry room with washer, dryer and laundry sink.
Outside there is a screen-block walled dining patio with seating for six, The front patio has four Adirondack chairs for just sitting and staring out to sea and an additional outdoor room with seating and a curved screen-block wall and ocean view. On the north end of the house is a private outside shower for rinsing off sand, a clothesline for beach towels and wetsuits and a Webber charcoal grill. There’s a carport and room for a second car in tandem (2 onsite parking spaces). All areas are accessible and all doors are three feet wide.

Loved the house, location and neighborhood. I had a problem with bites the whole time I was there. I finally figured it out by the time I left. The house had a lot of tiny jumping spiders that were hard to see or catch. After research I found out they will bite if disturbed and leave angry welts. Hope you can get rid of them. I left my Kurig coffee maker there for my one cup in the morning. Unfortunately we had the major power outage while I was there. All in all the staff was responsive and friendly and I would love to stay there again.

Great place. Seven Sisters Vacation Rentals were easy to work with. A couple of minor issues came up that were handled expeditiously to our satisfaction. As far as the property, there is not a better location in Shell Beach than Seacliff house. We would rent it again same time next year if it were available which it unfortunately it is not. Seven Sisters worked with us to find another rental in Shell Beach that I'm sure will be great. One minor improvement I would recommend to the owners of Seacliff house is that they upgrade the BBQ grill. The current charcoal grill is small, old, and rusty. A propane one would be nice but at least a new larger charcoal model should be available.
