Great central location and easy check in. Property was clean and as described. Hugh was very helpful and responsive with any questions. Will book again definitely for our next trip to Bristol

There was no water from the kitchen tap, so we had to use the bathroom to get drinks. The flooring used to line the shower was peeling off, cabinets broken etc. that being said, the kitchen was nice, and the place was clean and tidy. It's fine if you just need somewhere to sleep
