I liked the cleanliness and layout and design of the house. It made our stay so comfy and enjoyable. I would surely book the place again whenever I plan to visit Bristol.
I can’t think of any. We had everything I needed to make our stay comfortable. My family entire every bit of their stay in the place.

Location was OK, though the walk from the bus stop was a bit creepy arriving on foot in the dark! Otherwise, bus stop right outside handy for getting into the centre.
House was comfortable enough though some things needed repairing.
The house was very clean.
Communication with hosts was excellent. Easy access using the key safe.
There was dirty cutlery in the draw, though the rest of the house was spotless.
We had trouble with the wifi but soon sorted through communication with the hosts.
There were several things that needed repairing, ie kitchen chair, plug in en suite bathroom.
The advertised sofa bed was not as expected, very hard and wobbly and there was no cover for the duvet provided and no spare bedding in the house.
No hooks to hang coats etc.

Spacious, clean living area. Well equipped kitchen. Bedrooms very comfortable and bright. Quiet part of Bristol and close to where we needed to be.
There are 2 bathrooms but only one shower which in the en suite room, so this proved a bit awkward for 6 people. There was not enough bedding for the 6th guest so we borrowed some from a relative. There was only 4 dining chairs, for 6 persons, and one of these was a very wobbly and we couldn’t use.

Great location, easy connections to quayside area and city centre with good transport links.
We found the beds to be uncomfortable and it was not very clean. Skirting boards were dirty and cobwebs on lights. There was also damage to furniture, fittings and the fridge/ freezer.
