The location - within easy walking distance of a eateries shops, etc. in a great area of the city. The facilities - great accommodation, with on-site parking available, albeit on a first come, first served basis.
Some minor issues, which I discussed with the provider and they have agreed to remedy.

Good location Nice shower
Carpet was frayed and stained. Wardrobe looked like it was about to fall apart. Furniture was cheap. Bed was lumpy. One bedside lamp did not work.
