The apartment was clean and well appointed. I'd booked a twin room, but when I arrived it was set up as a king (apparently because of something I'd done when I'd completed the on-line check in) but this was resolved in a really helpful and friendly way. The bed was super comfy, so we had a great night's sleep. Overall it was good value, cheaper than some of the local hotels and much nicer than places I'd stayed before.
Our apartment was in the basement so it was very dark, but seeing as we were out all day, this was okay for this visit. If I'd been in the apartment for longer, it would have felt quite oppressive. The electric shower was terrible - either boiling, freezing or a trickling....

Lovely cosy apartment with comfortable bed and all that was needed for a quiet, self catering stay.
A kettle would've been a good addition to the kitchen.

The apartment looked lovely and was in a lovely little area with shops and pubs. It was very close to St.Michaels hospital which was the focus of my stay.
Getting in was difficult. There was a code for the front door and for the apartment door. I had been given the wrong code. Getting in every time required a code. The heating wasn’t easy, it took me a couple of days to get it right, Each radiator needed adjusting separately. The mattress I guess was cheap and was uncomfortable. There wasn’t really anywhere comfortable to sit. I used the oven once to heat something up and I removed cooking items first which were greasy which put me off cooking.
