A Truly Unique Experience ! Situated over 4 floors and in the center of town. Home features:-

It can comfortably sleep up to 12 guests over 3 double bedrooms plus a wonderful Open plan Office space with double sofa bed. Additional fold out beds provide further guest space in the Entrance/Dining area. Perfect for Hen parties!

Amazing property in central location, steps away from the beach and the pier, and 5 minutes’ walk away from central Brighton, yet tucked away on a quiet street in trendy Kemp town, with excellent cafes and eateries nearby. Very well stocked kitchen for cooking and entertaining. The whole place is decorated with dramatic art that is very much in keeping with the local Brighton ambience and character. Wonderfully comfortable beds, with luxury fittings including steam room and hot tub in the master bathroom. Large screen TV with video games to entertain the family. Free parking nearby (Brighton is a very walkable city so you won’t necessarily need a car). We didn’t use the sitting out area (December!). Sarah, the property manager, was a perfect host – very friendly, instantly contactable, and infinitely accommodating. We hope to return again soon!
