It was perfect for a weekend in Brighton. The location is absolutely great! It was gay pride that weekend and we could see the parade from just 5 minutes away.
It had a small outside area and a big communal area.
There was plenty of room.
They left the keys in the lock outside so that was all very easy.
It was basic but perfect for what we wanted. Clean comfortable beds and towels provided.
I would stay there again.
Good value because it's so expensive to stay in Brighton in summer.
I was a little apprehensive about sharing my details on WhatsApp but actually it was all fine. I think a lot of places are doing this now. And it made it easy to contact them.

Celebrate my birthday in Brighton and stayed at Central Townhouse and Terrace and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Great location and communicative host. Property was clean and all guests had a towel and a comfy bed.

The communication from the host was excellent, Alex & Tim were always on hand for questions and queries. Super simple to access the property once we arrived, and was a perfect location for our needs.
The bathroom was pretty small, but a hot shower helped!

Location was great, plenty of space, exactly what was needed. Is great for one night stays for groups of people
Nothing major that wasn’t worth complaining about, the only thing I would say is that be prepared to pay extra on top of what you paid for in hidden fees
