Plus, with excellent transportation connections, you can easily explore the rest of the city from this well-situated studio, making it an ideal choice for your stay or holiday retreat.

Clever use of space, this kitchenette can be hidden away with the roll down blind and provides the essentials within your room - kettle, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, and space saving sink. Additional shared self catering facilities are provided within the building.



Dining Area

White folding table and chairs neatly placed under the TV to dine or provide work space for two.



Living Area

Sofa, a smart wall mounted TV, and slim line cupboard with rail and hangers.



Bedroom Area

A pull down wall bed gives the best of both - space when you want it and a bed on demand.



Bathroom

Compact shower cubicle, WC, and cloakroom sink completes this bright hotel style bathroom.



Shared Space

The lower ground floor houses optional kitchen facilities for all guests in the building including two microwave convection ovens; two twin electric hobs; two breakfast bars with stools; compact four-seater dining table and stools; two sinks; under counter fridge and freezer; utility cupboard with iron and board, clothes airier, and cleaning equipment; TV; and a keep warm kettle.



In a separate room is a pay as you go washing machine and dryer.



On the first floor is a small shared kitchen with ready meals for those late night check ins and a washing machine, all of which is paid for in addition directly on site. Facilities free for guest use include a keep warm kettle, microwave, sink, and utility cupboard with iron and board and cleaning equipment.



On the first floor mezzanine is a pay as you go washer dryer.
