About this cottage rental
Walk straight into this light and airy but cosy cottage and relax.
The living room has a comfortable sofa and chair where you can sit and enjoy the television after a long walk along the coast and the open-plan dining area has a large farmhouse kitchen table, perfect for family meals cooked in the well-equipped kitchen. If you are having to work from home, the dining table has plenty of room and is a great space for playing those family games you only seem to play on holiday.
Up the stairs to the single bedroom with bunk beds at the rear with garden views or to the double bedroom at the front with views over the one way street. The double bedroom has a wardrobe and chest of drawers. The traditional bathroom with contemporary styling has a bath with shower over.
Guests will have all of the property
There is no parking at the property but you may be lucky and find a space in Waterloo Road, Duncombe Street or Wallingford Road. Alternatively there is a long stay car park on the Quay and at the top of Fore Street.
THE GOOD HOUSEKEEPING BOND
As per our listing details, we operate using a Good Housekeeping Bond and whilst we do not take a physical deposit, we have up to 14 days after departure to charge for any additional cleaning or damages caused during your stay and not reported. We understand that accidents can happen so please let us know if you have anything to report before your departure. Thank you
- Parties are strictly prohibited this is a quiet residential area not suitable for events
- Extra guests are not allowed unless previously authorised
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property
- We do not allow the use of candles ethanol burners or any other naked flame items. This is a safety precaution to help us prevent a fire starting in the home
- Respect for neighbours is highly appreciated. Please keep the noise down especially after 10pm
- It is not permitted to charge electric vehicles using the property`s electricity supply.
