The property was stunning, spacious, modern yet charming and offered a lot of amenities including onsite parking and outdoor facilities. It felt like home from home.
There was nothing that I didn’t like about the property as exceeded my expectations.everything was well thought out and the hosts went over and above their call of duty to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

We were absolutely blown away by the Coach House at Lower Combe Royal, it’s a hidden gem nestled in beautifully landscaped grounds that feel more like a Himalayan rainforest than Devon. The exotic plants, peaceful surroundings, and total privacy made it feel like a true retreat. The Coach House was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed, including a stunning terrace with a wood-fired hot tub, BBQ, and outdoor dining. The open-plan living space was ideal for family time, and our teenage kids were just as impressed. It was the kind of place where even our eldest son travelled down last minute to join us!
Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like. Everything was spotless and well maintained. If we’re being extremely picky, we would have loved slightly later check-out, just because we didn’t want to leave!

Das Haus ist liebevoll und mit vielen Details eingerichtet. Große Fenster und Terrassentüren lassen genug Licht und frische Luft rein. Der Garten ist ein Traum, sehr romantisch und verspielt. Genügend Handtücher sind in den beiden Badezimmern vorhanden (nur Duschen, perfekt für mich!). Einige Sachen für den täglichen Bedarf (Küchenkrepppapier, Salz, Pfeffer, Wasch- und Spülmittel, Staubsauger,...) sind auch vorhanden, was nicht für jede Unterkunft mit Küche selbstverständlich ist. Freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Toll!
