Location, cleanliness and comfort. Julia left fresh flowers and treats which was a lovely touch and appreciated. The cottage was decorated to a high standard and the bed was so comfortable.

Location in Kingsbridge put us close to the centre of the town as well as to where our family lived. The cottage was beautifully decorated, very comfortable and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The welcome food & drink treats we were left were much appreciated & enjoyed!

Parking was a little inconvenient.
Could do with a few more kitchen implements.
Loose taps and toilet seats in bathrooms. Main bathroom door sticky and bedrooms doors squeak.
These are very minor points for information only and didn’t detract from our stay at Number 40.
