Perfect location with good parking on site with lift from carpark level to apartment.

The welcome pack was very nice. The underground parking is very useful and its good to have the lift to. Get up to the apartment. It’s well situated providing a lovely walk along the estuary to get into the town and the bus connection to other places in the South Hams

No instructions to put the underfloor heating on but my husband managed it eventually

Lovely apartment in a great location, very close to town centre. Immaculately presented and furnished throughout to a high standard. Spacious rooms with great views over the estuary. Kitchen has everything you would possibly need including two teapots, which was a nice surprise. Full size fridge/freezer and easy to use oven. Underground car parking was a bonus.
Security lights shining through bedroom window. A blackout blind or curtains would easily rectify this. Luckily was able to move into second bedroom as only two of us staying in apartment.
