Beautiful apartment with well-kept interiors, a stone's throw from Via del Pratello and a 5-minute walk from the city center.
The house is located on the third floor of a building without an elevator and spreads over two levels.
The living area consists of a sitting room with a dining table, a TV area with two sofas and a double sofa bed, and a kitchen equipped with an oven, a kettle, a freezer, and an additional dining table. This is followed by a bedroom with a queen-size bed and three bathrooms, two with a shower and one with a bathtub. Some wooden and iron stairs lead to the mezzanine where we find a queen-size bed and a room with a single bed.
*The flat is located in a ZTL area, so we recommend leaving your car in one of the surrounding car parks and enjoying the historic center on foot.
*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. You will find your reservation details within the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy.
Bologna, known as the "Dotta" because it is the seat of the oldest university in the West, the "Grassa" for its excellent food and wine and the "Rossa" color that characterizes the historic center, is a wonderful city of art, culture, and commerce. Its soul lies in its medieval historical center, which is among the largest in Europe and full of taverns, shops, and theatres, characterized by almost 40 km of arcades. In the historical center is Piazza Maggiore, where the charm of the medieval buildings is perfectly combined with modernity. Not to be missed are Giambologna's Neptune Fountain and the Medieval Towers, the Asinelli, and the Garisenda, part of a rich cultural heritage preserved in the numerous museums, galleries, and religious buildings. It is impossible to leave Bologna without tasting its food and wine products, including mortadella, tortellini, ragù alla Bolognese accompanied by the well-known DOC wines of the Colli Bolognesi! Rich in exhibitions, fairs, and cultural events, Bologna is a city that can surprise all year round.
The central train station is 1.7 km from the accommodation, while the airport can be reached by car in less than 20 minutes.

Our group of 6 loved our stay in this apartment. There were a lot of stairs to climb but it was easily worth it, we had everything we needed and were very comfortable. Luciano was very helpful and friendly and we had a great time! There is construction outside the apartment (as of May 2025) but we were able to cover most of it up with a white noise machine. Bologna was such a wonderful city and we loved this apartment!

We enjoyed our stay and thought location was very good. The property was good although open plan layout should have been made clear as we were traveling with young children who need closed off sleeping areas and two of the beds with effectively in the main living area. Toilet in shower room was leaking and shower drain blocked in addition both bathrooms downstairs were quite smelly. Overall a decent property in a good location close to cafes and restaurants and tourist spots and with bus stop directly outside.
