Bon emplacement, en effet. Séjour agréable.
Le bruit infernal en soirée et la nuit. Les fenêtres ne sont pas bien insonorisées.
Prévoyez vraiment de bons bouchons auriculaires la nuit ou alors, optez pour la climatisation...bruyante, elle aussi.
Le jacuzzi est juste une baignoire avec des buses....
L'appartement est certes confortable, mais le terme "luxuriary", est clairement surfait.
L'appartement mériterait un peu plus,de décoration et de meubles unpeu plus design, pour le faire passer au stade du "luxueux".

The location was fantastic; plenty of shops, restaurants and buses nearby and a very short walk to the main square. The flat was spacious and comfortable with good quality traditional furnishings. Everything worked properly and we had all that we needed. The host was helpful and polite and responded quickly to messages.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Bologna! Das Apartment ist sehr groß, sauber und gut ausgestattet, auch die Küche. Der Besitzer hat uns bei der Ankunft alles persönlich gezeigt und uns Tipps gegeben. Er war verlässlich und schnell erreichbar, wenn wir noch Fragen hatten. Das Highlight ist sicher der herrliche Ausblick aus dem Wohnzimmer/vom kleinen Balkon über die Dächer der Stadt! Markt, Coop, Apotheke, Restaurant, Bars, Bus...alles liegt quasi vor der Haustür. Durch die zentrale Lage kann man zu Fuß sofort starten und die wunderbare Altstadt erkunden.
Durch die zentrale Lage kann es abends in den Gastgärten laut werden.
