Central location, good food options nearby. Decent facilities and overall very comfortable stay!
It was slightly dusty when we got there, especially top shelves.

According to expectations, comfortable beds, large apartment, very good location walking to the city centre and close to bakeries, supermarkets, coffee places. The apartment was clean and it what was expected from the pictures, though nothing fancy or over the top.

Location is great, in a very nice district, where Italian live, thus full of small bars, shops etc. , close to parks and in a walking distance to all turistic atractions. Train station 40 min on foot (but bus stop just next to the appartment).
Flat was very spacious, with external windows to the street, equiped in most useful things (including iron, hairdyer, plates, glasses etc.).
Very good for short stays, good for longer ones.
I recommend Neri bar located close for breakfasts (capuccino + sweet cornetto or brioche = about 3 euro). Delicious!
Mattresses in double beds were old and uncomfortable (single ones were fine).
Generally quite clean place, but not perfectly. There were balls of dust under beds and in corners, as well as exhaust fan in a bathroom.
Quite expensive taking into account that cleaning of the appartment and change of towels was just once a week. It was strange, as such approach discourages long-term rental. Also, part of cleaning people did work well, while the others not so (we had to clean the floor with water ourselves few times after "cleaning" with any bad smelling product as the floor was sticky). So it depends which relay of cleaning staff you hit.
Ceilings transmit vibrations and noise thus you can hear walking neighbours living up to you. Also even with windows closed you can hear the cars from the street (and machines cleaning street early morning).
Wardrobe that was seen on the photo in a living room was just to keep cleaning equipment, so it was no space to keep clothes when you life in this room (dedicated to 4 people in fact).
Wi-fi connection far from perfect, and we had to use our mobile one in 2 rooms (it works well only on first room).

So spacious
We had not internet, the tv didn’t work and this property didn’t have AIR CONDITIONER and the fans didn’t work well for the huge room, the couch was so dirty.
