Perfect location, very clean, excellent value for money, seamless check-in and check-out, Staff was lovely.
The room was a bit damp, the towels struggled to dry. I would suggest a dehumidifier or to ensure the guests have fresh towels every day.

The location is perfect to visit Bologna, you can get to all points of interest in less than a 15 minutes walk. The host has been very kind and helpful. Nice place for a short stay in the city. We would definitely go again

The housekeeping staff were friendly, as was the cleanliness of the room. The accommodation's location is good, about a 5-minute walk from the center.
The room I was sold was a room with a window, but the one I got was an attic room with quite steep stairs. It had a small window in the ceiling, but I practically had to walk hunched over inside the room.
