About this apartment rental
The mid-2012 reorganized 106m² large apartment with an open design of living dining area and open
Kitchen is located in a restricted traffic zone. There are two bedrooms with double beds and
can stay on a sofa bed on the two additional people.
The bathroom has a bath, shower and toilet. At the entrance there is another guest toilet.
From the living room and one bedroom to get to the two terraces each.
TV and Wi-Fi is available. All rooms except the bedroom and the pantry are,
solar heated with underfloor heating.
Washer and dryer are in the closet yet.
From the apartment you can directly hiking in nearby forests,
and undertake orchards along Rotach and enjoy nature.
The bus stop is within walking distance of the they come directly to the city railway station and the Stadmitte.
The Promenade is located opposite the city railway station.
A parking space is right at the building yet.
Supermarkets, bakers and butchers, doctors and banks are in the district Ailingen available (Distance 2km).
The exhibition and the Friedrichshafen Airport are also nearby (5km) and are within a few minutes by car. From the city train station
commute fair and buses and trains to the airport.

Wow, a washer and dryer. You will have to hang your clothes up to fully dry but they have a drying rack. Heated tile floors and parking right out front. Very quiet

modern apartment. quite neighborhood. conveniently located close to Friedrichshafen. Good communication with host.
Taking care of the trash could be little overwhelming for non Germans….

We spent a week in this wonderful appartment while visiting the Lack Constance area. Check-in was easy and our hosts very friendly.
The beds were comfortable and we slept well. The bedroom towards the rear of the appartment is a bit dark because of the very small window, but this did not pose any issues since we only used it to change clothes or sleep. The kitchen has everything that you would normally have at home (except potholders) and there is no need to bring anything extra. The combined dining room/living room area was comfortable. Parking was right in front, which was a big bonus when loading/unloading the car. There are several supermarkets in the general vicinity but not accessible by foot. Friedrichshafen is a short ten-minute drive and the parking affordable.
We enjoyed our stay very much and would highly recommend this appartment to anyone wishing to explore the Lake Constance area.

My team was staying in Friedrichshafen for the boot messe last week! They are all super happy to stay there, we did it now twice and if we are welcome we do it next year as well:) Clean, new, modern, very close to messe- has everything you would possibly need! Thank you
