Good price, close to the center, easy entrance and communication

The property is very clean, secure, and so close to the main train station.
We actually arrived at the property before our check in time, and the hosts worked very hard to accommodate us early.
The host responded to every message so quickly.
We would like to stay there again.

The location was good, very close to the train station and a short walk from the harbour. The check-in process was very easy.
It had everything we needed for a couple of nights, but is in need to renovation and repairs. My son stubbed his toe on one of the bare door ledges, there is mould in the bathroom, skirting boards missing, etc.
Check-out was a little odd - we arranged to meet the owner in person before leaving, but apart from taking payment, there was no conversation.
