Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen! Die Gastgeberin war selbst vor Ort und hat uns an der Rezeption im Haus die Schlüssel übergeben, den Meldeschein ausgefüllt und noch einige Dinge erklärt. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, extrem sauber und es ist alles Wichtige vorhanden. Die Betten sind sehr bequem.
Die Lage ist direkt an der Messe in Friedrichshafen, es gibt einen eigenen Parkplatz.
Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Lage der Wohnung ist toll, ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflüge. Die Wohnung selber ist liebevoll und modern eingerichtet und super gemütlich. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Der Parkplatz direkt beim Haus ist natürlich ein absoluter Bonus. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr sehr wohlgefühlt. Ausserdem ist die Bushaltestelle nur 3 Minuten entfernt, sollte man das Auto mal stehen lassen. Die Gastgeberin ist super nett und stand bei Fragen jederzeit mit umfangreichen Infos und Tips zur Verfügung. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

The host was very responsive and friendly. The place is very clean.
The first experience was spoiled by the location: the house is situated at the border of the industrial area and a modern residential block of one-family houses. There was absolutely nothing to do in that area—no walking options, no playgrounds for kids. Especially the latter was a pity. The weather was nice, but the kids had to play inside or in the driveway. In addition, industry starts early, so we were often woken by some technical noises around 7 am.
The other issue was with the windows. There was no way to darken the rooms except using the roller shutters. Considering that leaving the windows open at night was the only way to make the rooms somewhat habitable at this warm weather, we were left with the choice: either we don't sleep at all because it's too warm inside despite a comfortable temperature outside at night, or we wake up at 6 am when the sun hits our windows.
The final issue was the idea of the room capacity. It was sold as suitable for 4 people. However, while 2 beds were (probably) comfy (we used them for kids, so no first-hand experience), the other two sleeping places were provided by a foldable sofa—which was utterly noisy. I haven't experienced such noisy and uncomfortable beds since my early childhood in the Soviet Union, when a similar one was used for my sleepover at my grandparents. As a hint to fellow travellers, we ended up taking the matress off the sofa and putting it directly on the floor. It blocked the small cupboard in the living room, but at least we could sleep at night.
