Spend your vacation on beautiful Lake Constance in Friedrichshafen. It doesn't matter whether it's a beach holiday, a city break or visiting a trade fair. In this apartment you are in the best starting position.
The apartment was largely renovated in 2019 and lovingly furnished, with many accents of the original year of construction being retained. Only the bathroom is still in its original condition and will also be renovated in the near future. The apartment is located in a detached two-family house in a country house style in an idyllic forest edge location. Whether to the lake, into the city, to the fair or as a starting point for a bike or hiking tour. From here you can reach everything in a few minutes.
The apartment has about 70 square meters in 2 rooms. The living room and bedroom have 2 double beds and a sofa bed, which can also be converted into a double bed, and can accommodate a total of 4 people. The kitchen is also very spacious and offers enough space for nice hours. The highlight is the approximately 20 sqm, fully covered balcony, which is accessible from the living room, bedroom and kitchen. Relax here while the birds chirp in summer. Another small round balcony is accessible from the living room and bedroom.

The apartment is very confortable and well setup, split in two different rooms at the first floor of a family house. The house is in a dead-end street, in the surroundings of Friedrichshaffen, very peaceful and green. The access is easy, and recommandations are clear for every day’s life. From the apartment, you can get any public transport for free including local trains, with the « bodenseee echt card », and that is cool. All in all, we had great moments there !
