California Ranch Style Single Story house in Laguna Niguel, less than 4 miles to the Beach, 4-bedroom, 3-bath recently remodeled with hardwood flooring and remodeled master bathroom. 2300 sq ft of well-appointed living space, lovely backyard in a great location. Serene residential neighborhood. Close to the beach with everything you need for a memorable Southern California stay!
Approach the home's entrance from the nicely landscaped front yard with mature, swaying palm trees. An inlaid tile landing, rich hardwood floors and natural light flooding from the atrium welcomes you in this bright open-concept home.
Follow the hall into the living room with brand new hardwood flooring and a stone fire place. Comfortable seating faces a large flat screen TV, making the perfect space for you and your travel companions to unwind during downtime. The living room flows freely from a charming dinette that seats 4 and into the gorgeous fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Take advantage of all the space to collaborate with your travel companions and prepare home-cooked gourmet meals. Enjoy your meals in the adjacent dining room with large, rustic dining table, 8 modernly upholstered chairs, a fireplace with a granite hearse, a wet bar and under-counter refrigerator. We spent two months here and really enjoyed it. The courtyard and backyard make for wonderful breezes through the house all day. It’s centrally located between the beach and the freeway. Grocery stores, Target and lots of restaurants around. Beds are comfy, kitchen is stocked and the owner is friendly and responsive.

We really enjoyed our summer vacation in Laguna! The home was perfect, great location, close to Lifetime Athletic, the beach, and great parks for the kids!

Great house, beautifully remodeled, spacious, quiet neighborhood. The property manager and owner were so wonderful to work with and accommodating. I will definitely be staying here whenever I am in the area again.

We stayed at this home for the first week in September. The property was adequate and pretty much as described.
There are some areas that need improvement:
The bed sheets are worn out and need to be replaced
The towel supply needs to be upgraded
Kitchen supplies (spices, dishes and utensils) were sparce. Kitchen needs to be better supplied.
There is a table and chairs on the lanai but no furniture to relax.
The carpets need cleaning or replacement
On the plus side the location was perfect for our purposes.
