We spent two months here and really enjoyed it. The courtyard and backyard make for wonderful breezes through the house all day. It’s centrally located between the beach and the freeway. Grocery stores, Target and lots of restaurants around. Beds are comfy, kitchen is stocked and the owner is friendly and responsive.

We really enjoyed our summer vacation in Laguna! The home was perfect, great location, close to Lifetime Athletic, the beach, and great parks for the kids!

A lovely home and accommodation perfectly located. Quiet neighborhood but access to a lot.

We stayed at this home for the first week in September. The property was adequate and pretty much as described.
There are some areas that need improvement:
The bed sheets are worn out and need to be replaced
The towel supply needs to be upgraded
Kitchen supplies (spices, dishes and utensils) were sparce. Kitchen needs to be better supplied.
There is a table and chairs on the lanai but no furniture to relax.
The carpets need cleaning or replacement
On the plus side the location was perfect for our purposes.
