Beautiful, comfortable home with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms that will bring you enjoyment. It is located in a quite location in a gated at the end of a cul-de-sac with minimal street traffic. Inside the community, you will enjoy the heated pool, tennis and many other sports and private walking trail.
The large light-filled living room off of the two-story entry to the home has French doors opening to the yard and a patio to realize the indoor/outdoor potential of California living.
The upstairs master bedroom suite includes a large master bath with shower, whirlpool tub and separate foot spa.
This home is within a mile of restaurants, fast food outlets, a grocery store, shopping, Costco and two movie theaters.

Beautiful home, well equipped kitchen, comfy beds in quiet, walkable neighborhood. Lovely neighborhood park with tennis courts, playground, pool and hot tub a short walk away.

We spent three months here, my wife and I each working from the house, our son going to school nearby, and our dog enjoying the weekend hikes with us. The house is in a lovely gated community with a large park and a friendly feel. The house itself is very comfortable. My wife and I each had an office, and the wifi worked well enough for us to both be on Zoom calls all day. The backyard is great for the dog (and the 4-year-old), and if you're lucky some of the various fruit trees might be in season! Irene is highly responsive, typically responding to texts within minutes, if not instantly.

We spent the month of August in this very well appointed home that is conveniently located in a beautiful, gated Laguna Niguel neighborhood. The home had everything we could want for our stay and great work spaces for those who are combining leisure time with work. The back yard is large and completely fenced so we were able to comfortably bring our two dogs. The house was immaculate and Yily was very responsive and easy to communicate with via text. There is also a lovely park to walk to in the neighborhood. The location is perfect for all the South Orange County attractions. The beach is 20 mins away and fantastic Laguna Niguel Regional Park is minutes away. There are many fabulous shopping options also very close by. This home enabled us to spend quality time with our aging parents and also enjoy the beauty of Southern California. We definitely will be back.
