About this house rental

Newly renovated casita in beautiful South Laguna Beach! Guest studio in a private residence with free parking. New king sized bed, futon couch, kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and coffee machine. Private full bathroom with large shower. Close to Laguna Beach, Dana Point Harbor, Salt Creek Beach, and San Clemente. Near restaurants, shops, and markets (Gelson's, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods). Close to Ritz Carlton and Montage. Driving distance to UC Irvine. Single family residence located in Monarch Beach, Dana Point, CA. 5 minute drive to Laguna Beach. 5 minute drive to world famous beaches, restaurants, golf, and tennis. Close to Ritz Carlton, Montage Laguna Beach, Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach, and Laguna Beach Surf and Sand resort. Guest home is located in a private residence and is a guest studio with a private entrance on the premises. Guest house is located on the premises of a private residence. The guest house has a separate entry. There are no shared spaces for the guest house so it will be private during your stay. Please communicate with the host via the VRBO app. Quiet residential neighborhood in South Laguna / Monarch Beach. Close to Pacific Coast Highway and Crown Valley Parkway. Self-check in instructions available upon booking and confirmation of stay. Checking in instructions with door codes are shared day of check in at 12pm PST.
