Phoned because I was going to be late arriving it was no problem to them up to 11pm.
Very friendly the pub and hotel spotless breakfast excellent will use again.

Great room and service. Dinner in pub attached was really good with lovely staff .
Location( next to a27) not great but room was quiet enough.
Breakfast not as good as dinner but ok.
