This is one of the original well known Cottages on the island newly remodeled and furnished! Perfect for a romantic get-away, small family, or couples retreat! Hot Tub, Large Private patio, Gas Fire Place, etc.. One Bedroom, One bath, Cozy Living room, stained wood ceiling. Interior Dining room for 6 (8 counting bar seating) and exterior lounge seating for 6-8, picnic table for 6 and hot tub for 6! Covered Parking available for 1 vehicle on property. Perfect distance between the Ferry to the beach and Marine Avenue where you will find great shops, bars and restaurants island style!

One of the best rentals we've stayed at on the island. Having designated parking spot makes leaving the island stress-free, although street parking was plentiful. Overall a super comfortable place that was clean and was stocked with everything you need.

Cozy Mariners cottage, well equipped kitchen, gas fireplace, tastefully furnished -1/2 block from Ocean in quiet neighborhood & 6 blocks from Balboa Island shops & restaurants! Fire Pit & Jacuzzi on private enclosed patio. Off street Parking provided as well. Property Manager is super accommodating helpful.
