- Please note this property is located on the upper level of a duplex. Each property has a separate entrance. The garage and laundry facilities are shared. Each residence offers parking for two standard sized vehicles.
We aim to create a pleasant stay for all guests. To that end, we do not have a complicated checkout task list. Our housekeepers will take care of most cleaning tasks. However, in keeping with VRBO's requirements that we publish the checkout task list, we kindly request that our guests do the following prior to departure:
- Leave Garage Remote on Kitchen Counter
- Put All Dirty Dishes in the Dishwasher and Turn it On
- Put Any Used Beach Towels in the Washing Machine on Cold Water and Turn It On
- Put Trash in the Outside Trash Cans
- Delete Personal Streaming Accounts From all TV's
- Turn off Gas to Fireplace, and Propane to BBQ
- Turn Off All Lights, TV's and HVAC
- Close and Lock All Windows and Doors
Please note that for security purposes cameras have been installed outside the property at all points of entry. The cameras face outward, and are meant to capture any unauthorized access to the property. They are located outside the front door, front patio door, side gate, and garage.

I was surprised to learn this was an upstairs unit with shared parking and garage. This should have been made clear in the description. The first night the other tenant blocked our vehicle in garage. I messaged the next morning at 7:30 am and did not hear back for 3 hours. We would have preferred a no contact check in process instead of in-person. It was not convenient. Also, coffee station was insufficient for 2 day stay. As a prior host, a complimentary coffee station is standard for such a short stay. It’s a nice place but fell short of my expectations given the price point.

The house was very nice and well maintained and had all the essentials. The kitchen had everything we needed and nice quality items. We really enjoyed our stay, great location many activities with in walking distance.
