This 3-bedroom 2-bath lower floor unit is in excellent condition and is spotlessly clean. However, there are a few annoyances about this unit....the bar stools are way too tall for the kitchen counter height, rendering them unusable to sit comfortably at the kitchen counter. There are many decorative objects placed all around on tops of tables and shelves, and while they are beautiful and fit the nautical theme, they take up room that could be used for luggage, books, laptops, toiletries, and other items that travelers tend to bring with them on vacation. We found ourselves having to rearrange those objects onto floors and behind cabinets so that they would not be in the way of us being able to eat or have our own items that we brought along on vacation. A suggestion to the owners: if about half of the decorative objects that are currently resting on horizontal surfaces were to be removed, the condo would still be beautiful.

Class act residence from communication, location, decor, quality of furniture and appliances. Upgrade of household items.I've stayed at many, many rentals on the island for years. This by far has been my favorite.

Our experience was excellent overall. Beautifully furnished and well supplied with everything we needed. Great location for going to Balboa’s restaurants and shopping. We have stayed in many places in the area and this was by far the best!
