About this house rental
3 bedroom upper unit Beach cottage on the North Bayfront with great views, just steps to the Beach and Boardwalk. Located around the corner from Marine Avenue's shops and restaurants. The master bedroom has a queen bed with adjoining 3/4 bath. Of the remaining bedrooms, one has a queen bed and the other has two twins. The second bath is a full and located in the hall by the bedrooms. Recent upgrades include new kitchen flooring, refrigerator, dishwasher, and carpet. The living room offers a fireplace, TV/DVD, fully stocked kitchen with dining area, one-car garage space, and shared laundry. Small outdoor space with BBQ, cafe table + chairs, and the joy of being only a few steps away from the sand to sink your toes into! Rates indicated do not include fees or taxes and vary by season/holiday

Location is fantastic and Steve and the property management team is easy to work with and responsive. We had some issues with the unit being ready for check in due to a mistake but the property management team went above and beyond to make it right and we very responsive to concerns.The unit is a bit bare bones compared to other rentals I have stayed in. Very limited pantry items, no bath items like shampoo, bedding was pretty cheap and the linen/cleaning service they have chosen makes you make your own beds when you arrive, which was not really a warm welcome. That being said, the beds were comfortable but could use some more pillows and blankets. No AC but even in the middle of summer, it stayed very cool with some windows open with that great breeze coming off the water. The parking garage was very nice to have but I do recommend you rent a smallish car to make sure you have room. The washer and dryer is shared with the unit below, but that didn't cause us issues. There were two shared kayaks with the unit downstairs, which was fantastic and also several boogie boards. The unit has about 3-4 beach towels and some games. No beach umbrella and only 2 mismatched beach chairs so you may want to pack those with you or buy locally.

I rented both houses (upstairs & down) for our annual reunion in August and the home, the patio, the view & the location was perfect! Activities for all ages: Fun Zone for little kids and walking the island, biking to the Wedge, e-bikes around the Back Bay & Paddle Boarding for young & old!!
