I would recommend adding clothes hangers in the wardrobes, as well as in the hallway for outerwear, another large mirror would also be useful, as the one in the wardrobe in one of the bedrooms is not very convenient. Everything else was great.

Great location, close to the city centre and all sightseeing, quite place, kind owners, staff was friendly and helpful, everything was clean. Big and clean towels
Coffee maker was broken. Not very big apartment for 4 people, but enough for not long leaving. You can hear how people walking upstairs. There is no shower gel and shampoo, for us it wasn’t a problem because I ask about it in advance, but for others people it could be bad surprise. One more mirror in a second room would be helpful , because if bedroom and shower room are occupied you can’t use it.

The apartment itself was very nice—clean, well-maintained, and nicely renovated, which made it feel comfortable and modern. The location was also great, about a 20-minute walk from the city center and in a quiet area. We didn’t need to use public transport, as walking took about the same amount of time.
However, there were a few issues that affected our stay. We couldn’t figure out how to turn on the heating, and although we reached out to the person who handled our check-in, we didn’t receive any follow-up or solution. Additionally, the kettle in the apartment was not working, so we had to boil water using a pot instead....

The apartment was spacious and had laundry facilities ( outside the apartment).
There were some issues with the heating system but the staff came the next morning to fix it. Also there was a problem with the toilet but got fixed later.
