- tolles Personal (sehr nett und hilfsbereit), wir fùhlten uns Sehr wohl und zu Hause!
- Dir Tùr des Gefrierschranks ist defekt, geht immer wieder auf, ebenso wie die Türe von Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, die man gleichzeitig aufmachen muss, sonst geht das nicht
- Duschkpfhalter ist defekt
- Mülltonnen weit von der Anlage entfernt

Netrouter does not worked, and house owner change it within5 minutes, the patio was nice, people were friendly, Pool was excellent. Location is nice, within the nature. We does not have a car, so 1,5km walking to supermarket was just a hobby. Also the Gelateria was within a walking distance.
Difficult to say. Recycling place was a bit far, recommadation to have a car or with shopping/gelateria visit.

De locatie ten opzichte van ov naar Florence is erg goed. De parking bij tramhalte Villa Constanza is wel elke dag helemaal vol dus je moet echt vroeg zijn of elders ophet industrieterrein een plek zien te vinden. Het is verder een mooi ogende accomodatie en verzorgd met goede parking en aardige eigenaren/medewerkers.
De verlichting in appartement is zeer mager zeker in de keuken, kranen verouderd, afzuigkap valt uit elkaar en heeft geen verlichting. Badkamer is erg klein en aan vernieuwing toe. Pannen met beschadigde laag.
