I really liked the location of the hotel and the overall atmosphere. The room was comfortable and clean, and most of the staff were friendly and welcoming. It felt like a pleasant place to stay while exploring the city.
One small thing that could be improved is housekeeping. The bed sheets were not changed for several days even though there was a visible stain, so it would have been nice if the bedding had been refreshed during the stay.
Also, during breakfast there were moments when cleaning was done around the tables and near the food while guests were eating, which felt a bit uncomfortable. It might be better to handle this more discreetly.

The hotel had a great location close to the metro! The room had everything we needed and the staff was very helpful and kind:)
Unfortunately the airconditioning didn’t work very proper but all the other facilities were perfect.

Very good location, best value of money! Very friendly staff and delicious breakfast. Pet friendly with no charge - perfect combination!

location was pretty good
Air conditioning not provided even though advertised. asked for it but got a response that it’s still not summer, so the air conditioning is in heating mode. Rooms got pretty warm and had to keep the balcony door open all nights while battling mosquitoes with bug spray
