Big, clean family rooms.
Excellent breakfast.
Good public transport options.
One of the bed frames was creaking and could not be fixed.
Less natural light in the room, due to the hotel being situated within a mall. This could bother some travellers.
The invoice was fully paid but 5 days later an amount equivalent with a 4 nights stay (for a booking of 3 !) is still blocked on my credit card. I find this quite annoying.
Late update: The amount equivalent of one night stay was released.2 weeks after the check-out. For the other 3 nights, the reservation will expire 1 month (!!!) after the check-out date. I believe the way credit card reservations are managed must be reviewed. It's not about the amount, it's the principle of blocking/reserving funds without any reason.

Everything was perfect
The process related to blocking amounts and then debiting the card with the total amount and releasing the amounts already taken. A long time is taken to get the funds released
