Hotel is in a very nice district. Metro 10 is departing from 1 min walk. Staff is very kind and engaging. There is always drinking water in the reception which you can fill your bottles. Breakfast is not too big but it serves the purpose. Only coffee is not the best.
Room is good overall. Good quality toiletry products.
We went Paris by car so parking was important. After seeing reviews on the challenging hotel parking, we parked the car to "Parking Stade Le Gallo". It is 5 minutes walk from the hotel and 17 EUR per day.
Somehow room runs out fresh air and feels like ventilation does not exist. You have to open window too often. Air dries very much during the night.
Although, metro 10 is in front of the hotel, it is not the greatest line for main Paris attractions. Attractions take around 35-45 minutes by metro which you need to switch line 6,8 or 9.
