We stayed for the 2nd time in the building, purely because we found the location convenient last time, as well as found the building nice due to spacious apartments and car parking spots in the shade.
This apartment, though, was even better - mainly thanks to having everything you might even need, so if you arrive at night, without an ability to go to the store before, you will find all the necessities here. And if you find something being missing, then the host will bring that quite quickly. We even had the full package of coffee capsules, which is quite different to the usual 2-4 you get. And the amount of water we had was enough for 2 days.
When it comes to electronics, then there is a very nice and big TV (with AirPlay), dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine etc. Even a portable vacuum cleaner. Everything you might ever need is there, plus some extras.
I will happily stay in the apartment again, when travelling back to Larnaca. And considering I had 5 trips to Cyprus this year already, it will surely happen.
Absolutely no complaints. I would personally change the placement of beds, but this is subjective, since we only have one child. If you have 2, especially teenagers, then you likely prefer them to have their own bathroom.

The apartment is new and modern, equipped with everything you might need—and even more. It’s within walking distance of the beach 🏖️ which offers amazing opportunities for plane spotting 😎. The host was pleasant and attentive, providing clear and easy-to-follow instructions. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. I’d be grateful to stay here again for my next holiday!
