The property was excellent. It was very clean, modern, comfortable and exactly as described. The location was great, close to the beach, and the view was beautiful. Check-in was easy and the host was helpful and responsive. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back

- New build, very large apartment with high standards, everything in good working order and sparking clean.
- Huge balcony with plenty of comfortable sitting space and a view to both the lake and the sea, shaded in the afternoon
- Private covered parking
- Excellent gateway for the Salt Lake, Mackenzie/Kastella Beaches, plane spotting and for leaving the city via the highway
- Plenty of restaurants, cafes and a minimarket within <10 min walk
- Very quiet neighborhood at night, with zero traffic and noise
- Large amount of street cats for those who like them
- Nothing worth mentioning

Spacious apartment with separate terraces and bathrooms. Located close to the beach, local restaurants and shops.
Was not cleaned properly on arrival way below par, dirty toilet and shower room, which I had to clean myself. A dirty ashtray was left on the table to greet us. No sunset view from our apartment just lots and lots of building works and scaffolding, builders starting work at 6.30am. Felt like we were in the middle of a building site. This should have been mentioned on booking. Outdoor furniture all shoved together on the terrace. Not nicely presented at all. Lots of little touches not taken care of. Some tourist info could also be left for guests arriving to look through.
