Modern Apartment. Nice view. Good gym. Nice pool (but too cold in February).

The apartment is a good size, modern and clean. The location is okay, very much out of Larnaca centre (took an hour to walk in), but with bakeries, shops, takeaways and restaurants nearby.
We enjoyed Alonia Tavern a short walk away, traditional food in a nice setting, but a bit on the quiet side (we were the only customers!). Would be nice to return when the season picks up.
Very easy to park.
Welcome pack with coffee pods, sugar and mini cream pods.
Nice big TV with plenty of options, we watched films in the evening when it was a bit too cool to enjoy the outdoors.
The arrival was a bit tricky, as the keybox wasn't marked or easy to spot - it was the one without an apartment number on, but when we got the key out, it said 203, not 202!
I prefer cotton bedding, it was the cheaper polycotton blend that makes me hot in the night, although on the first night we were a bit cold and needed extra bedding, which they did provide.
The pillows were very thin, but again, they rectified this by bringing more pillows (as one thin pillow per person is not ideal). We found the bed a bit uncomfortable.
It took a while for the shower to get hot - a good 3 mins! So be patient...!
The pool looked nice but unusable in Feb, the gym was ok, mostly weights. Just 2 cardio machines (both bikes).
The kitchen was ok, although it could be better stocked - there was no grater or colander.
The road coming into the Kalamon area from the ring road was like a dirt track - big potholes! Thankfully only 100m max though.

Prachtig appartement, erg ruim met een groot balkon! Slaapkamers ook groot genoeg inclusief kledingkasten! Keuken uitgerust met diverse voorzieningen om te kunnen koken! Geweldig appartement om te huren; aanrader!!

The apartment is beautiful. Spacious, beautiful balcony. Everything you need. The gym and pool are fabulous. It is in a very quiet residential area, close to a large supermarket and lovely bakery! It was 10 minutes walk to my aunties house so suited me perfectly but if you want to go the beach etc you do need a car.
The location of the keys could be clearer, perhaps provide a photo? Especailly if you are arriving alone, with luggage and in the dark.
