This spacious two-floor home is the perfect retreat, offering comfort, convenience, and style in one of London’s best-connected neighborhoods. Whether you're visiting for work, leisure, or family adventures, this home is designed to make your stay comfortable and memorable.

Step into the bright, open-plan living area, where you’ll find a cozy lounge with a Smart TV, a dining area, and a mini library filled with books for all ages. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up meals, and a convenient WC on this level adds extra practicality. Outside, relax on your private patio with outdoor furniture and a parasol, or unwind in the serene communal garden—a rare escape from the city’s hustle.


Upstairs, the two beautifully designed bedrooms offer the perfect night's sleep. The main bedroom features a super king bed, a work desk, and a TV with Freeview—great for work or relaxation. The second bedroom has a cozy double bed, ideal for children or extra guests. Both rooms include ample cupboard space and full-length mirrors.

Using the sofabed?
Please give us at least 24 hours' notice, so we have enough time to get you fresh linen.
Please note that there will be a £25 linen charge, which includes four towels.

To make your stay even smoother, I provide complimentary tea, coffee, and a starter pack of toiletries, plus essentials like washing-up supplies, toilet roll, and kitchen roll. If you need extras, the nearest convenience store is just a 2-minute walk away.

Located in a quiet North London neighborhood, this home offers quick and easy transport links to Camden, Kings Cross, and beyond. Camden Market, lively pubs, and music venues are just a short bus or Tube ride away. King's Cross St. Pancras, with direct trains across the UK and Europe, is also easily accessible. For those looking for a peaceful escape, Hampstead Heath is a short journey away, offering nature trails and picnic spots.

You have access to the entire property with no disruptions. Should a maintenance query occur, you will be asked permission first before we access the property to carry out a repair.

The essential, but less exciting parts!:

Check-in/ check-out:

Our standard check-in time is after 4 pm. Check-out is before 10 am. If you wish to check in or check out outside these hours please let us know. This is subject to availability and a fee.
Please be on time when checking out. Our cleaners are often there at 10 am on the dot and have a busy schedule. A £20 charge per half an hour will be applied for unauthorised late check-outs or early check-ins.

Keys:
Specific instructions are given a day before check-out to ensure keys are placed in the key safe when departing the property. If instructions are not followed, this will cause a delay in my cleaner's access and impact their schedule for the rest of the day. As a result, there will be a fine of £50.

A £50 fee is charged for call out if you forget the keys and lost keys are charged at £100 for replacement locks. Please be careful with them.

Parking:
There is one allocated parking space with the property. Please, advise me in advance so that I can help with arrangements.

For second cars there are many cost efficient ways to find a parking space online or with the apps:

PLEASE NOTE, if hiring a Zip Car, parking is not included in their charges, therefore must also be purchased in addition with the use of the car.

Smoking:
Smoking is strictly forbidden. A fine of £200 will be charged when discovered.

Additional guests:
No extra guests are allowed in the property at any time without prior permission, and parties and loud music are not allowed. We are very conscious of being in a residential area, and any violation of either rule will incur a £250 fine.

Lost property:
Please be careful not to leave anything behind when you checkout! A separate company deals with shipping lost property and charge a minimum £25 per item, plus shipping costs.

Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned. We guarantee professionally cleaned linens and toiletries. We also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service before and during your stay.
The local community-based team of Pass the Keys® personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys®’s Property Readiness Standard.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
