About this apartment rental
Charming and sunny 2 bedroom maisonette, closely located to Great Portland and Warren Street underground just a 2/3 min walk from the flat. Enjoy a day out at Queen Mary's Rose Gardens a picturesque garden created in the 1930s, or take the train to Camden Market and enjoy an eclectic market with stalls and shops selling fashion and accessories, music, and more. With a short walk to your nearest supermarket and restaurants, you have everything you need on your doorstep.
The space
This maisonette has a beautiful living area and full kitchen, with your 2 bedrooms upstairs. Full separate kitchen to cook your meals in. Garden to enjoy the sunny days and have a BBQ.

Please note that last-minute reservations made within 24 hours of arrival are subject to a change in arrival time from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
The property only accepts the number of adults listed on the reservation confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the reservation will not be accepted.
Each guest will be asked to send identification within 48 hours once the reservation is created and at check-in.
This property does not accommodate bachelorette parties, bachelor parties, or similar celebrations.
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked not to make excessive noise.
A noise abatement policy is in effect between 9 pm and 7 am.
Guests must leave the property in the same condition as they arrived.
If you leave the property at a late time or other than the scheduled time, 10:00 am on the last day, without prior mutual agreement, you will be charged a €55 reminder fee.
If the above policies are not followed, a penalty fee will be applied to guests for any damage caused to the property.
A penalty fee of 150€ will be applied to your deposit if you smoke on the property.

Great stay. Check out and in process a bit hard with walking a 10 minutes to get keys and having to be out by 10am while walking keys back. Two keys would have been helpful. Minor issue.
All in all, great property.

The flat is beautiful. The area is not our favorite. The hot water went out on our stay. We messaged the host numerous times but got no response! It was very frustrating especially for the price we paid. It was also annoying to pick up the key a couple blocks away when we were on foot.
