We where handed the keys but didn't know which direction to go to find the apartments

Excellent location. Close to Camden Market, bustling pubs and a large supermarket within walking distance. Close to tube station as well . Apartment was clean, plenty of towels, and had everything we needed. Staff at the property office were excellent, we had good communication with them and we arrived 3 hours before our check in time so they allowed us to leave our baggage with them so we could go out and explore.
It s not really a complaint, but would have liked a second set of keys. We were with our kids age 18 & 21 so it would have been good if they could have had their own set. Having said that, we didn't actually ask if we could have another set, so it might well have been possible.

You can’t choose which apartment of a few they rent out, but the apartment we got was in a great location. Just what we needed for our group. Staff helped out very quickly with an issue we had. Other issues - like no pans - from the previous year had all been dealt with which was great to see.
Not fancy at all, but is at the budget end of London prices. Little bit grubby round the edges.

Difficult to find the shop
Flat was clean and tidy, but needs modernisation. Large crack in bathroom sink, door on shower kept swinging open. No soap to wash hands.
