The property had an amazing location and was stocked with everything we needed.
They did not have an emergency maintenance company to come fix the closet door, which broke and trapped our clothes. We had to wait three days over the holiday weekend until someone came.to fix it.

2 min walk from the train station. room is stocked with all the necessities. instructions to check in and check out is clear and easy.
The flush button of the toilet in the main bathroom is not working well and needs repair. no staff and nowhere to store luggage.

MY flat was fresh and new, super clean and comfortable. Fully equipped. The living room was spacious and comfortable. the kitchens fully equipped for my needs. The bedroom was not big but very comfortable. Linen and towels of good quality. The flat was full of light in the day, which I liked a lot. Loved the big shower. Definitely above average for London in this price range. Grocery is a few steps away, as well as coffee shops and restaurants. Very close to metro station. I would definitely stay again.
The flat was at the third floor accessible by a very narrow stairs (which is common in London, anyway). For some people this could be an issue, especially with large/heavy suitcase; for me was just an unpleasant climb.
As the flat was fully equipped, I was surprised it does not feature an in-room safe. Anyway, the building felt safe.
Check-out time at 11am (given check in is at 15) would have definitely been appreciated.
Communication could (and should!) be improved, as it tends to be overly prescriptive and lacks a genuine sense of hospitality. For well-travelled guests accustomed to international standards, this approach may come across as somewhat excessive for it may suggest an unnecessary lack of trust in guests. Without the above minor issues, I would have ideally rated 10+.

Broken AC and bathroom taps and walls damaged. Being asked to empty bins and cleaning up even though charged £150 housekeeping fee in the price.
An extra payment of deposit £200 is taken and delay in pay back. Pending means you wont be able to use your own money. Most hotels take bank details for any damage but dont trick you into actually paying upfront.
