L’endroit est un peu en retrait du centre-ville, mais j’ai adoré ma petite marche quotidienne et les petits commerces de proximité pour ramasser de la nourriture, café et pâtisseries! Il a été également très facile de stationner la voiture sur la rue. Les indications étaient claires et complètes.

The studio is in perfect condition. Looks to be renovated just recently. Very clean. Everything works well. Decorated with a lot of taste. All the space is really thought through. There are shelves for clothes and space for footwear and bags at the entrance. A spacious wardrobe. The studio is pretty well equipped. Not only a stove but a microwave as well. All the necessary cookware in new condition, drying rack at the balcony, comfortable lighting with several choices, etc. All the consumables were provided. A nice clean staircase on way to the studio. At last. We got tired before of dirty staircases in some other places in Thessaloniki. So, to sum up, very nice comfortable, even cozy, place to stay. We will not hesitate to rent it again. Bravo!
There are some minor improvements yet to be made. Beds lack nightstands. Reliable hooks are to be added to the bathroom for clothes and heavy towels. It would make sense as well to provide plastic utensils to save pans from scratching. All that looks to be easy to fix.
The neighborhood is not really picturesque but still there are no major issues with it. We have got quite some experience already with short-time renting in Thessaloniki to compare with. We would place this area at 7-8 out of 10 maybe compared to other places we stayed at.

The apartment is equipped with the basic amenities needed for a short stay.
We eventually found a parking spot on nearby streets, about 40 meters from the property.
Despite the run-down appearance of the area, we did not feel unsafe.
The area around the property looks quite run-down.
The building entrance and stairway are old and have an unpleasant smell.
Hot water is provided via a boiler that needs to be turned on in advance and requires waiting about 25 minutes.
The bed linen and blankets show visible signs of wear.
Noisy neighbors arguing for several hours and poor sound insulation in the apartment.
Overall, the price for one night feels high compared to the condition, noise level, and location.
