Good appartment. Looks exactly as on the pictures. Easy to find free parking around.
There were no glasses to drink water, not enough toilet paper for the stay, and we had to buy sponges to be able to do dishwashing. These are small things, but still unpleasant.

Clean apartment with fast WiFi and with good household appliances (refrigerator, washing machine, TV, AC).
Loved the big balcony and comfy bed.
Underground parking in the building (€15/day) was super convenient.
Just a 2-minute walk to the supermarket and close to the sea (port area)
The sofa really needs some repair and the bathroom ceiling is quite low.
There is only one air conditioner, in the main room. It would have been nice to have some basics like salt, sugar or tea.
No kitchen cutting board.
The apartment is located in the port area of the city.
The White Tower and the lively sea promenade with pleasure boats are about a 45-minute walk away.

Το διαμέρισμα είναι κοντά σε σταθμό Μετρό. Τα περισσότερα διαμερίσματα στην πολυκατοικία δεν κατοικούνται. Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στον 6ο όροφο. Έχει θέρμανση και air condition και smart tv.
Το σπίτι χρειάζεται σοβαρή συντήρηση και το επίπεδο των παροχών του είναι εξαιρετικά φτωχό. Τα ντουλάπια της κουζίνας είναι άδεια, ενώ μέσα σε ένα υπήρχαν ρούχα του συνεργείου καθαρισμού. Ο φούρνος έχει μόνο σχάρα, δεν υπήρχαν σαμπουάν, αφρόλουτρα (υπήρχαν 2 άδεια μπουκάλια κάτω από τον νεροχύτη της κουζίνας), χαρτοπετσέτες ενώ υπήρχε μόνο μισό χαρτί υγείας. Ούτε λόγος βέβαια για φακελάκια καφέ, τσάι, πιπέρι, ξύδι, σουβέρ, πετσέτες κουζίνας, απορρυπαντικό πλυντηρίου. Υπάρχουν πρίζες με καλώδια στον αέρα (και μέσα στο μπάνιο) και το χερούλι της πόρτας της κρεβατοκάμαρας είναι σπασμένο με κίνδυνο να εγκλωβιστείς μέσα στο δωμάτιο. Τα ποτήρια μύριζαν ούζο από τους προηγούμενους ενοικιαστές ενώ υπήρχαν τρόφιμα στην κατάψυξη. Το υφασμάτινο κεφαλάρι του κρεβατιού είναι γεμάτο σκόνη. Το τραπεζάκι του σαλονιού είναι σπασμένο. Το διαμέρισμα βλέπει στην κεντρική λεωφόρο που έχει πολύ θόρυβο ενώ τα κουφώματα χρειάζονται επισκευή.
