I think the property overall was good. I liked that there was TV on the rooms and the living room I liked that there was a cooker. I like that there was a parking as well.
The property was not really clean the microwave and some of the furniture they had so much dust some of which was actually sticking from the time that this was left and it showed that the property was not really prepared properly before the arrival the area that I was around was not really safe unfortunately and as a local myself knowing the area I didn’t really think that I would actually be that close to that specific area the other thing that I didn’t like was the property did not have certain things to cook and even if it had some pots, the pots were not clean. It was a bit unsanitary for me. I had to go and buy my entree for me to be able to cook and I had to disinfect the small pot so that I can basically do something to eat. I personally think that this is a bit unacceptable when you’ve already paid a good amount of money for the property and for the area that the property is located at in addition there was a bit of misinformation regarding the parking and the price but we figure out that the fault was booking’s fault that they do not update the information on the app and the supervisor that spoke to me actually changed that on the spot while leaving me wait for almost 10 to 15 minutes. For me that was very unethical and I was very shocked on how the supervisor for Booking.com handled it it was very disappointing especially when I am a genius member. Finally the one thing I can say is that the owner was able to remove €5 from the parking fee on the daily basis and I really did appreciate it

Everything was good, there is a garage in the basement, which is super convenient, we just had to sleepover and continue our journey further.

The location of the apartment is good, close to the bus, metro, supermarket, and the center is not too far away. Parking on the ground floor, excellently arranged, which is additionally paid for 15 euros per day, the owner is a super character. The accommodation is ok, but with a little investment it could be excellent. The heating is good.
The owner is not very up-to-date in responding to messages. When we made the reservation, he said that he would arrange for parking, but the morning before our arrival, he said that we should have contacted and made a reservation. The owner of the parking lot is a great person, so we easily agreed upon arrival. In the description of the apartment it is stated that the accommodation is for 4 people, however, although we announced that there are 2+1 of us, the bed linen and towels were for two people. He didn't even answer the question about bed linen. There are no basic things in the kitchen, there are leftovers of burnt food in the pans, the curtains don't work.
