I stayed here for one week and was very satisifed with the apartment. There is a good size combined kitchen/living room, a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a small but adequate bathroom with a washing machine. There were enough pans and crockery for me to cook, the kitchen worked fine, the bathroom had plenty of hot water. There was also a very nice big balcony with a table and chairs, where I could imagine drinking coffee when it is less cold than in January. The building is quite new and modern, and communal areas like stairs were all clean and tidy.
Communications with the owner were good, I had no trouble getting the keys and he made the effort to make sure everything was OK. So, all very satisfactory, and I will be very happy to stay here again.
I should also add that the price was very good, given the facilities provided.
Not a problem for me, but there are a couple of points you might like to take into account.
One is that the area is quite run-down. There are quite a few derelict buildings and the overall impression is that it is a poor area. However, I didn't have any problem walking around and the location is excellent for the station and not far from the intercity bus station, seafront etc. There are lots of cats in the area, and people leave food out for them, which to my mind means the people in the area are OK.
There is also a big sign on the door asking you to respect quiet hours, which makes me suspect that in the past guests here have been quite noisy and upset the other residents. Once again, I didn't have any personal problems. In fact I met 2 of the people living on the 5th floor (where the flat is) and they were both polite and friendly. So I think if you are nice and respect others then they will respect you too :)

Location is superb (5 minutes by walking from the train and flixbus station). The apartment is spacious (good enough for 3 people), has pleasant balcony to relax and well-equiped - suits also a longer stay. Communication with the host is straight forward and professional.
Cleanliness is very good in general. Just inside the bathroom it's a bit dark, the shower could be renewed and more accessories provided.

Εύκολο Πάρκινγκ,ωραίο μπαλκόνι κ ήσυχη τοποθεσία!Ο ιδιοκτήτης πολύ εξυπηρετικός,όταν χρειάστηκε να κάνω check in πολύ νωρίτερα απ το προβλεπόμενο!
Ηταν αρκετά βρώμικο και παραμελημένο μέσα (καναπές ,σκεύη κουζίνας,μπάνιο)!!To Iντερνετ χάλια κ δεν υπήρχε χώρος για ρούχα στις ντουλάπες που ήταν αποθηκευτικός χώρος για άλλα πράγματα!Δεν εξυπηρετεί για πολυήμερη διαμονή!
