La camera matrimoniale era di dimensioni adeguate e il bagno privato corrispondeva alle foto presenti sul sito. La posizione è buona, con fermate dell’autobus nelle immediate vicinanze che permettono di raggiungere facilmente sia la stazione di Mestre che la città di Venezia. Al piano terra è presente un ristorante greco molto frequentato. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e disponibile, consentendoci anche il check-in anticipato, cosa molto apprezzata.
La camera potrebbe essere più curata: mancavano coperte più pesanti, il bagno avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata e il letto è risultato leggermente scomodo.

The locations is great, about 10-15 minutes from a major train station with buses that run all the way to the main island of Venice right by the property.
The property wasn't the cleanest, the bed sheet was stained and overall just a little weird and not exactly comfortable. Same goes for the pillows, which were large but too thin. The glasses provided were dirty. The space heater provided took about 6 hours to heat the room up to a comfortable temperature for the first time.

The host was very nice, the location was great and the room looked like what was described in the pictures.
The room wasn't clean at all, room smelt bad, floor was dirty, I had to clean the toilet myself to be able to use it, kettle was so dirty it was impossible to use, coffee machine didn't heat properly, fridge wasn't working. I personally think that hygiene is bare minimum, no matter the price, if I pay 10€ or 1000€ I expect the place to be clean, and it wasn't. Another thing was that if they sent us a message that if we did the check in after 17h we had to pay a 5€ fee and I don't think that's correct because in the booking website the check in is open until much later (23h) so why would I pay a fee if it's not after that hour? For check out, same thing happens, the booking website says we have until 11h and they say we need to check out at 10h.
