The place is clean, but expect noise in the evening, from the street.
Parking is 0,80c per hour, on the alley by the building.

Location, close to Mestre railway and bus station enabled us to access the no 2 bus to Venice island and the airport bus at an affordable rate. The room was basic but clean with a good airconditioner.
Third floor access with no elevator can be a challenge for older tourists along with multiple locked doors and keys. No English channels on the TV. You get what you paid for.

There is a bus stop nearby, easy and quick access to Venice - 15 minutes.
1. It is impossible to check in at night.
2. No microwave or kettle in the common room (there is only a refrigerator)
