Convenient location, quiet environment, mediocre area, great price, clean and simple, no service so do it yourself. We like it, kids like the balcony and the sun shade a lot!

Staff member Tuhin provided excellent service; made us feel at home away from home. Property has lift so made it easy for us to bring our luggages to our room. I love the Kitchen and laundry facilities.

Location and cleanliness of the place are good. You can get a train from Mestre station to Venice st. Lucia which is cheap and quick.

In my life i never got trapped like this. It was one of the disgusting apartment. Too much dirty everywhere. Bathroom was dirty, corrasion on coroner of bathroom everywhere. inside the double bed in the bedroom there was too much dust.
Bathroom was shared, you will hear noise from all over the place because there are 6 room each other.
With the same price you pay (i paid around ***) , you can get hotel.
I would recommend to stay bit far rather then selecting this apartment.
